("Unanimous AI") we respect and protect the privacy of visitors to our Thinkscape.ai website (the "Unanimous AI Website"), and our customers who use our Thinkscape® artificial intelligence service and/or other products, tools, and services offered on the Unanimous AI Website (together with the Unanimous AI Website, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect and use visitors' and customers' information, particularly personal information, as part of the Service. The information Unanimous AI collects and uses is limited to the purpose for which customers engage Unanimous AI and other purposes expressly described in this Policy. What do we mean by personal information?

How do we collect, use, and share your personal information and other information?
Information you provide to us
When you register for the Service, we ask for personal information, such as your name, address, phone number, email address, credit card information, as well as certain related information like your company name and product name. Unanimous AI uses a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing. This intermediary is not permitted to store, retain, or use your billing information for any purpose except for credit card processing on Unanimous AI's behalf.
Unanimous AI may use the personal information you provide for operating the Service, tailoring the Service to your needs, billing, identification and authentication, communicating with you about the Service and your use of the Service, sending you marketing materials (subject to your opt-out option), for research purposes, and to generally improve the content and functionality of the Service.
Unanimous AI has legitimate interests in processing personal data:
- Providing you with access to your account through a registered email address.
- Contacting you regarding questions you submit or requests you have made.
- Emailing you helpful product information during your free trial. You may unsubscribe from these emails via a link in each email.

- Providing you with support content and measuring how and where content is viewed.
- Providing you with video content and measuring how and where videos are viewed.
- Maintaining the security of the Service through log and backup retention.
- Integrating with identity provider systems configured in third party accounts that you access.
- Logging and analyzing errors that occur while you are using the Service.
- Analyzing your usage of the Service.
- Providing marketing materials, templates, and other educational materials that may require an email address to access.

Unanimous AI may also share your personal information with its third-party service providers (such as its credit card processors and hosting partners) to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and other services we use to operate the Service and maintain a high-quality user experience. The Service does not support "do not track" requests.
Log Files
As is true with most websites, Unanimous AI gathers certain information automatically and stores it in log files. This information includes internet protocol addresses as well as browser, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. Thinkscape® Session Chats
The Service includes the ability to conduct Thinkscape® Sessions chats, which will not be publicly available. However, you should be aware that information you provide in Thinkscape® Session chats areas may be read and used by others who have access to your Thinkscape® Sessions, such as your Thinkscape® account owner. You may also be asked by third parties to consent to additional uses of your personal information. Please be aware that such consent may allow for the use of your information outside of the Service. Unanimous AI is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties where you consent to additional use of your personal information.
Customer Testimonials
From time to time, we may post customer testimonials on the Unanimous AI Website, which may contain personal information. In such cases, we will obtain the customer's consent to post their names along with their testimonials.
Protection of information
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We use service providers, such as Amazon, for data storage. Any vendor that we retain is not allowed to use information they receive from us for any other purpose that to perform the services we have contracted them to perform. Such vendors will never barter, trade, or sell access to your information.
Choice
If you are a Unanimous AI customer and would like to opt out of getting marketing communications from Unanimous AI, follow the unsubscribe instructions included in each marketing email or contact us at [email protected]. Please note that if you are a trial or paying customer, you cannot opt out of certain service and system-generated emails, but many email notifications are configurable to suit your preferences. Requests to opt out of transfers to our third-party vendors will also be considered, but limitations on data sharing may make it difficult or impossible to provide the Service in this manner.
Correcting and Updating Your Information
You have the right to access the personal information that we hold about you and to correct, update, amend, suppress, delete or otherwise modify any personal information where it is inaccurate. Unanimous AI will retain personal information we process on behalf of our customers for as long as needed to provide Service to our customers, subject to our compliance with this Policy. Children's Personal Information
The Unanimous AI Website is not directed to children under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, you should not provide personal information to us.
